Are your rash guards IBJJF legal?
IBJJF does not allow rash guards under the gi while competing. Other Jiu Jitsu competition entities do allow rash guards under the gi and these rash guard is perfect for those occasions.
Should I size up or down in this rash guards?
Our rash guards are designed for a compression fit. If you prefer a looser feel, you should size up.
